About Susie Wolff
Susie Wolff is a prominent figure in international motorsport, currently serving as the Managing Director of the F1 Academy. Her transition from professional racing to executive leadership has positioned her as a central force in developing future female talent. During her time as a driver, she competed for Mercedes-Benz in the DTM series and achieved a landmark milestone with the Williams F1 team by becoming the first female driver to participate in a Formula 1 race weekend in over twenty years.
Following her retirement from the cockpit, Wolff shifted her focus to organisational growth and diversity. She served as Team Principal and subsequently CEO of ROKiT Venturi Racing in Formula E, guiding the team to its most successful competitive season through a combination of strategic planning and cultural transformation. Beyond the boardroom, she founded the Dare To Be Different initiative, which later integrated with the FIA Girls on Track programme to expand its global reach and encourage young women to pursue careers in every sector of the racing industry.
Now lead of the F1 Academy, Wolff is dedicated to establishing sustainable systems that elevate high-performance athletes through professional training and mentorship. Her expertise spans leadership under pressure, the mechanics of building inclusive teams, and the resilience required to drive innovation in male-dominated environments. Audiences book her for her unique perspective on systemic change and her reputation as an authentic, authoritative voice on high-stakes performance management.
On stage, Susie Wolff is best known for talks on Culture, Next Generation, Peak Performance, Change Management, Innovation and Diversity & Inclusion. Audiences leave with a clear, practical view of the subject rather than a generic overview — every keynote is shaped around the brief and the room.
Their work resonates with leaders across Leadership & Coaching and Motorsport, where the themes translate directly into team decisions, customer experience and growth strategy.
Susie Wolff is regularly booked for Business Speaker and Motivational Speaker, adapting tone, length and format to suit the event — from a 20-minute opener to a full conference keynote with Q&A.
Based in UK, Susie Wolff travels internationally for engagements.
