About Fraser Doherty
Fraser Doherty began his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 14, crafting home-made jam for local neighbours and farmers' markets. Recognising a shift in consumer health preferences, he innovated a unique sugar-free, all-fruit recipe that eventually propelled him to become the youngest-ever supplier to a major supermarket at just 18. Today, SuperJam distributes over a million jars annually to roughly 2,000 retailers worldwide, including Waitrose and Walmart. His success earned him a place in the National Museum of Scotland and the title of Global Student Entrepreneur of the Year.
Beyond the preserves market, Doherty co-founded Beer52, which has grown to become the largest craft beer subscription service globally, serving over 200,000 members. He is also a published author, with titles including The SuperJam Cookbook and 48 Hour Start-up. His commitment to social responsibility is evidenced through the SuperJam Tea Parties, a community initiative supporting elderly citizens which highlights his belief that modern businesses should give back to society.
As a speaker, Doherty shares essential lessons on innovation, brand authenticity, and the importance of storytelling in a competitive market. He is booked for his ability to inspire audiences with a practical approach to strategy and a proven track record of scaling small ideas into international brands.
On stage, Fraser Doherty is best known for talks on ESG & Social Responsibility and Strategy. Audiences leave with a clear, practical view of the subject rather than a generic overview — every keynote is shaped around the brief and the room.
Their work resonates with leaders across Entrepreneurship and Hospitality & Travel, where the themes translate directly into team decisions, customer experience and growth strategy.
Fraser Doherty is regularly booked for Business Speaker and Conference Speaker, adapting tone, length and format to suit the event — from a 20-minute opener to a full conference keynote with Q&A.
Based in UK, Fraser Doherty travels internationally for engagements.
